We get asked a lot about spraying MDF paneling.  Honestly, the better the quality MDF, the easier it is to spray and the fewer coats required, so often when saving money on the fibre board, it  increases your cost on paint.  The drawback with this substrate is that when paint is absorbed, it “fluffs” up the fibres.  We tackle this job by using our own preferred primer ( it has taken us 4 years of testing to settle on it), and by constantly sanding and respraying, giving you a finish you will want to touch as well as view. .

This particular project, including the hall, stairs and landing, took 5 coats from start to finish. We completed it,together with the stairs, in 36 hours and our client was delighted. Truth be told, so were we. The end result is simply beautiful!
